What this is. Deutsche Kraniche Virtual is a virtual airline platform for flight simulation. It is a hobby project, not affiliated with any real-world airline or the Lufthansa Group. Airline logos and trademarks are used for simulation purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Your account. You need an account to use most features. Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content. Data you create on the platform remains yours. By using the platform, you grant us a license to store, display, process, and share that data with our service providers as necessary to operate the service.

Age. You must be at least 16 years old to use this platform.

Free service. Deutsche Kraniche Virtual is a free, non-commercial service. There are no paid plans or subscriptions.

Be decent. Don't harass other members, manipulate flight data, impersonate staff, or try to break things. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that make the platform worse for others. Before removal, you will have an opportunity to export your data from your account settings. Deleted accounts enter a 30-day soft-delete window before permanent removal.

Third-party services. Some features rely on external services. Their own terms apply when you interact with them.

No guarantees. This is a hobby project run in spare time. We don't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or continued operation. The service is provided as-is.

Liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss of data, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. This does not affect your rights under applicable data protection, privacy, and consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Changes. We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of significant changes via email or platform notification. If you disagree with the updated terms, you can delete your account from your account settings before they take effect.
